The Challenge
Visual artists need a digital space that doesn’t distract from their work. Most portfolio builders are either too rigid or too slow, resulting in “layout shift” that ruins the viewing experience of high-resolution art.
The Solution
I developed a custom Astro-based portfolio engine. By utilizing Astro’s View Transitions and a custom masonry grid logic, I created a “gallery-first” experience that feels like a native app rather than a traditional website.
Technical Highlights
